First Create a Quote for the gear you're looking to trade in. Once your gear is processed you will receive an email with your offer and the option to select your payment via Trade Credit. The trade credit gives you an additional 10% value to use towards upgrading your gear with KEH!

You will receive an email with your Trade Credit code which can be used on our website.

If you have a balance left over after you've bought your gear, you can go to the payout page and choose how you'd like to receive the balance of your gear value.

If you'd like to put gear aside to purchase while your quote/trade is being processed, you can reach out to one of our Trade associates at 1-800-342-5534 or [email protected]. They'll put gear on hold for you and can complete your trade once your offer is ready.
